The Role
We have an opportunity for a professional, energetic team player to join our Service Desk based in Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive Service Desk team within a progressive and expanding organisation.
The Service Desk is the voice of DTSL where we deal with clients who are engaging us for IT related services.
Key tasks
- Respond to all customer calls and requests via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Assign, schedule, and dispatch Field Service Engineers
- Ensure all calls are updated correctly and clients updated.
- Admin tasks as required
About you
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a “can do” attitude.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Ability to operate calmly and professionally in a dynamic environment. Manages stress and works well under pressure.
- Good organisational skills
- Strong written and oral communication, with an eye for detail
- Ability to work within a team environment and is a team player
- Familiar with Microsoft product range
Nice to have:
- The ability to learn quickly
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience would be advantageous
- Proficient keyboard skills
This is a full-time role with flexible hours of work Monday to Friday. between 8 am to 5.30 pm.
